Shipping Policy
At Limitless Aura, every product is custom made to order. We do not hold stock — your item is printed and fulfilled by our production partner (Printify) specifically for you after your order is placed.
Production Time
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 6–12 business days
Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time. Please plan accordingly.
Shipping Rates
A flat-rate shipping fee of $8.49 applies to all orders in our Primary Markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia).
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.
However, we will gladly offer a full replacement or refund in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was sent
- The print quality does not meet reasonable standards
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@limitlessaura.store with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner on your behalf.
